Abstract Submission

Poster Sessions are open for each attendee to present a poster, but only one poster per person can be accommodated.

Please upload your abstract by by April 1, 2026 to be considered for either:

  • An oral presentation at the Early Career Investigator (ECI) Symposium on May 23, and/or
  • A poster presentation during the regular meeting poster session on May 24 and 25 (see categories below)

When submitting your abstract, clearly indicate whether you wish to be considered for:

  1. An ECI Symposium talk,
  2. A regular poster presentation, or
  3. Both.

All abstracts submitted by trainees and early career investigators (ECI) will be reviewed in advance of the meeting for possible inclusion in the competition for poster awards. Selected abstracts will be judged during the poster sessions on Sunday and Monday, and winners will be expected to give a short oral presentation at the Award Session on Tuesday, May 26. Please come to the meeting prepared with a 5-minute, 2-slide “Data Blitz” presentation in case you are selected to receive one of the best poster awards!

Abstracts submitted for consideration at the Early Career Investigators Symposium will be reviewed by the ECI committee and those selected will be notified via email in advance of the meeting.

Awards will be made to the top two trainee presenters from the ECI Symposium and to the top six trainee poster presenters from the Sunday and Monday Poster Sessions.

Please submit your abstract via the here no later than April 1, 2026.

Presenter Information:

Our projectors are all HD widescreen format, so presenters should prepare their Powerpoint in the 16:9 format.
Posters must be portrait oriented and no larger than 36"W x 48"H. 

Abstract format requirements:

  • Word document
  • 1 page
  • Arial 11 font
  • 1″ margins
  • Title: Headline style
  • Centered title, author(s), and affiliation(s)
  • Full justification for body of abstract
