$495 for faculty/ senior researchers (includes most meals)
$395 for trainees/students (includes most meals)
A cancellation charge of $50.00 will apply if you cancel on or before April 26, 2024. No refunds will be given after April 26, 2024.
The fee includes meeting materials, Saturday lunch for ECI participants and an evening reception for all meeting participants. Also included are breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday; breakfast, lunch on Monday; breakfast on Tuesday.
Trainees and early career investigators must indicate on the registration form if they wish to be considered for an oral presentation as part of the ECI Symposium on Saturday and whether you will be presenting during one of the poster sessions (poster sessions open to all).
Meeting attendees are responsible for their personal travel and accommodations.
