Dr. Brett Colson Awarded NIH Grant for his Application “MYBPC1-targeted therapeutic discovery platform for treatment of distal arthrogryposis”

Congratulations to Dr. Brett Colson on receiving an NIH grant.

This project will develop small molecules that selectively bind to slow skeletal myosin-binding protein C (sMyBP-C) and determine whether they can improve disease outcomes in distal arthrogryposis caused by MYBPC1 mutations.
